Teething Again

Peter is teething again. This time, however, I am seeing signs of it! Maybe the first time around I just didn't know what was going on and that's why I didn't pick up on his teething-ness state...maybe? Well, there is a tooth on the top coming. He also has a runny nose, which I know often happens when a baby is teething, but since it didn't happen with the first two teeth, I wonder if he has a cold or if it is teething related?
