Brothers Make the Best Friends

Now that David is SEVEN months old (how?), he and Peter are beginning to do a few things together. David's new skills help with that! He can:

• Sit up
• Scoot ALL over the place, including between the tub and toilet. Yuck. He gets up on all fours multiple times each day and rocks back and forth. It won't be long now and he'll start crawling!
• Pull himself up to his knees with ease, and occasionally even to standing!
• Eat some solids. He has had: sweet potatoes, peas, rice cereal, oatmeal and avocados. His favorites are the first three.
• He continues to have a super happy and outgoing personality. He'll smile at and go to anyone who'll give him some attention. We have no problems, so far, with dropping him off in the nursery for co-op or BSF.

Peter loves to play with David. His favorites include holding him, wrestling with him (basically flopping down on top of David...), trying to teach him to walk (although Peter doesn't get the concept of walking SLOWLY for the baby!) and they had a blast with the yellow car the other day. Sigh...my second little baby isn't so much of a little baby anymore!
